I’m a marketer, strategist, trainer, and speaker. But also, a dog mom, a self-proclaimed Canva ninja, and someone who paints to reset after a week of reference calls and review emails. I believe customer marketing isn’t just about reach… it’s about resonance.

In fact, a decade ago you’d find me writing press releases at 2 AM, and juggling wedding planning gigs on weekends… chasing beauty in every moment I could create.
Through late-night advocacy campaign planning, deep dives into customer storytelling, and diving into every kind of marketing effort I could find, I said yes to learning everything under the sun: events, enablement, strategy, branding, you name it. Because if I was going to rebuild, I’d build something that lasted.
I found my tribe in the most unexpected place… a global community of customer marketers and advocates who believed in impact, storytelling, and showing up, even when it’s hard.
They gave me space to grow, to shine, and now… to lead.
Today, I’m here, not just with tools, templates, or training. But with truth. And a fierce desire to help you see what you’re capable of, too. Because sometimes, your breakthrough comes after the breakdown. And your loudest win starts in a quiet, hidden place where you refuse to give up.
As a child, I talked a mile a minute, loved a good argument, and was that child who asked, “But what’s the story behind it?” about everything.
By the time I hit high school, I wasn’t just crafty, I was strategic. I could plan a school fest like a campaign manager, knew how to package a theme, and loved seeing a well-designed chart.
Marketing didn’t just come naturally to me — it came loudly.
I’m probably whisking my matcha to pour over some cold brew, planning a review strategy to amplify my employer’s reviews, or voice-noting a friend about an idea that could totally be an awesome campaign.
